Marie Mannschatz worked over two decades in private practice as a Gestalt and LOMI body therapist in Berlin, Germany. In 1978 she participated in her first Vipassana meditation retreat at the Insight Meditation Society, Mass. Fifteen years later Jack Kornfield invited her to be trained as a teacher.
Marie Mannschatz lives in Germany, close to Hamburg, and teaches in Europe and the United States.
